Not user friendly enough! Not all functions that are supposed to be there are there. Maybe, it's me but I'm very frustrated and now the left just cut out on me. Argggh! Edit: Found I hadn't done a good enough clean and now the wax guard needs to be replaced. No response from where I got it, so Amazon here I come. Getting used to the way these function and actually pretty happy. Still not finding some adjustments I thought were there. All in time. Thank you for improving my quality of life.

Please tap on the 3 lines in the top left of the app > Help > Contact Us and send our support team an email to let us know which functions are missing. Our team can then help you get those functions in the app if they are supported by your hearing aids.

Mediocre results. I have a android, pixel to be precise. I have had Bluetooth issues from the beginning. I've been on the phone with Google Bluetooth tech support and Signua tech support. Each one claims it is the other's issue. After 6 months, I say it is both. Sometimes, I restart my phone, and the problem goes away. Other times, I restart my hearing aids and the app, and the problem goes away. Sometimes, I have to do both. Overall I deal with it, and I like everything.

Thanks for the review. We will do our best to improve the connection fidelity of our hearing aids, especially when it comes to working with the Audio Streaming for Hearing Aids (ASHA) Android protocol.

UPDATE: 10 months since last update. Looks like they may have got it right, as of now. The app works way better than when I first started using it. Only problem was there was a firmware update that was installed in one hearing aid when it was sent out for service, but the other one never got it, and it wouldn't connect or work with the updated one. Audiologist had to fix it. They now work as intended.
