My Shatel Mobile

This app is designed for providing self-care service to Shatel Mobile operator users. In order to use this app; user just needs to own/create its Shatel Mobile self-care account (username is user’s National ID) and its self-care password and sign into the app to have access to below self-care features:

Multi language support (English and Persian/Farsi)
Selecting new Shatel Mobile number
Account control and balance management
Accounts information and package subscription for all SIM cards owned by one individual at a glance
Viewing remaining balance and remaining data, voice and SMS packages and viewing detailed usage history
Top-up and Voucher redeem
Activation or deactivation of following services: voice message service, voice call suspension (divided by incoming, outgoing, international, entertainment, notification, outbound roaming, inbound roaming calls), call waiting, call conference, data roaming, incoming and outgoing SMS, voice services, missed called alert, call forwarding configuration to another phone number (divided by forwarding all the incoming calls or forwarding incoming calls in case of callee-busy or no response or out of coverage), 3G internet data service, 4G internet data service.

Selecting and activating add-on bundles or combo packages with/without auto-renewal preference
Creating customer care request tickets and tracking ticket's latest status
Viewing initial bundles, combo packages (voice, SMS, data and VOD and multimedia content) and internet packages
Viewing basic tariff
Viewing information and redirecting to Shatel Mobile's online shop to order and purchase round numbers, new SIM cards, FDD modems (outdoor, desktop, pocket mifi and carfi modems)
Direct call to Shatel Mobile’s customer care, voice of customer, online chat with sales and aftersales customer support agents
Viewing latest news, offers and products and services
