mySymptoms is a flexible food and symptom diary providing an easy way to track food, symptoms, and bowel movements, and to help identify trigger foods in your diet. mySymptoms can track food, bowel health, stress, sleep, mood, periods, medications and symptoms to gain insights into your digestive health and well-being.

mySymptoms makes logging a food and symptom diary easy - remembering your favorite foods and letting you add custom symptoms. The diary analysis reveals any patterns that emerge between your diet and symptoms. Print a PDF report of your diary/journal to share with your clinician.

Really intuitive app, amazing range of options to log. It's amazing how you can start seeing patterns in symptoms after only a few days. The food database is really useful, having the option to add detailed ingredients is great too. Once you get into the habit of logging as you go it's so simple. Love it. The only addition I could think of is the option to add my weight to track any changes.

Really solid app, i'm optimistic if i keep using this for some weeks i can see some patterns. It's fast and quite easy to add things, and also editing anytime is easy. Many useful pre-sets for symptoms but also easy to add your own specific things. Also, a refreshing lack of anti-patterns that are so common in apps nowadays, thank you for that! And the app respects you and your privacy. I was very happy to buy premium, as nothing feels like it wants to trick you into it.

Diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and just emerging from a 3 month flare up, I needed to track food triggers. This diary is very helpful for that. The reports are impressive and helpful. The app is comprehensive and that can make for a steep learning curve, so more global change tools would help, like an automatic entry of some things such as daily medication and taste preferences like coffee-always black no sugar.
