App is complete garbage. Always giving errors, doesn't allow you to check in and when it does, it won't let you check out. Says you left the property when in fact you're still working on the property. When you call Service Channel number, you'll get a message that says, there has been an error within the app, good bye. Very frustrating, I hate using it.

Buggy and frustrating to use. App lets you check in, then it says you are out of GPS range. Have to log out and back in after uploading media because it won't let you check out otherwise. Most of the time, there is some random error when checking out. Make sure you copy anything you typed so you can paste it back in after another log out and log in. Going in and out of Airplane mode sometimes helps with the GPS errors, btw. One version about 6 months ago actually worked. Go figure.

I yet, to get it to work. It doesn't recognize my log in information and doesn't send any thing to a backup email even though it gives you a message that it has sent you an email to change your password... which I have tried each time to see if I can reset my password to get this app to work! I spend 15 to 20 minutes each time I have gone out to a job location and end up not able to log into the app. Tech help is pointless and not reliable. This Service Channel system causes more wasted time.
