Its not bad. I was able to tranfer very easy. Only problem I had was when I tried logging in the very first time it asked me a security question I never used. Luckly I was still at the bank so they helped, alone I would have never figured it out.

Long time member. Never had issues before. haven't been able to access account for days. Tried verification process several times. phone number shown to call hangs up on you or gives false statement saying they sent email to continue process. waited on emails all day and never got anything. can't pay bills, transfer funds, use app or website. I want to remain a customer but idk anymore after this. I tried to have patience but now i can't pay my bills or buy food. Please fix this. I'm tired.

I've been a member for a very long time. I've needed to access on account online since mid last week and have been unable to. I don't know what it is you're doing, but this is ridiculous. I'll likely be leaving your service for a more dependable bank. Fyi, im a shift worker who can't make it in everyday from 8-5. I know my account is overdrafted, im late on some payments, and have no cash on hand to supplement your colossal blunder. Thanks
