SBKC Mobile is your personal financial advocate that gives you the ability to aggregate all of your financial accounts, including accounts from other banks and credit unions, into a single view. It’s fast, secure and makes life easier by empowering you with the tools you need to manage your finances.

Secure your account with a 4-digit passcode and fingerprint or face reader on supported devices.

To use the SBKC Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a Security Bank of Kansas City Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

The feature to report a lost or stolen card in the app is nice except it doesn't tell you they're not bothering to send a replacement or that you need to call them if you want one so we've been waiting 2 weeks and nothing was even mailed out. A way to cancel a pending transfer between my accounts would be nice if possible, even if it's a short time window. A clear place to click to call or message the bank would be helpful too. Everything else works great almost 100% of the time.

The app is great for keeping track of transactions throughout the day, and if there's activity that isn't recognized, it alerts you pretty much immediately.

The mobile deposit is frustrating to use. As yet I have not been able to process a check image on the first attempt. I usually end up having to write in comically large letters to get it to validate. I've had better luck with smaller regional banks who aren't nearly as mature as SBKC.
