Theres no way to modify the sandwiches in the app and its very frustrating. Every time I order a Chipotle chicken cheesesteak I am reminded of the fact that it will not let me add any veggies to it what so ever. It will let me add extra meat for a fee and thats cool but I dont want more meat, I want veggies. But it wont let me customize the sandwiches in the way I want to customize them.

I love the sandwiches, and the app is great. Runs smoothly, let's you view full menu and customize sandwiches as you like. It also let's you keep your favorite orders, so you can reorder in about 3 clicks. Super easy and app always runs smoothly. Also a fan of double points Tuesday, gets me closer to my free sandwich that much easier!

Update: I have twice now had the app cancel my order while still charging my card. That means I don't get my order, and my money sits in limbo for 7 days until the pending status drops. I no longer trust the app. Love Jersey Mike's, like the app! Easy to navigate, and I can save my favorite orders. Says you can't add gift cards to the app on their website, but you can when checking out.
