There was no inventory at the end of the auction, so we were all losers. So this begs the question, why was there even and auction. Ridiculous. It was my first time using it. Overall, it worked well until the end, and then in the last 4 minutes, it kept glitching, I would have to log back in each time and then hope the auction was still going, it also froze many times in the end. You need to make your platform more sturdy and reliable, and stable.

Garbage! Makes you bid and withdraws the bid. I was the only person bidding, and there were for sure seats available in business class, and then they just removed it. And if you are not flying alone, it's useless, because you might win it and your partner won't, and you HAVE to accept and pay it anyway. What's more, they demand that you check-in before the auction ends, but they will not refund you if you pay for a seat, for example. Ended up in middle seat for 12h flight. Thank you for nothing.

Hi, this auction ended with our airline partner reporting that all 30 Business Class seats were occupied and therefore, sadly, there were no last minute upgrades available via SeatBoost.
