This is for the developers: This is the worst banking application. Can't believe these guys don't even have a native app and using webview which works even slower than browsers. Terrible user experience. My visa details expired. I can't see my credit amount. And when I try to upload visa document, the upload button is not doing ANYTHING even when the app has permissions. *Update 19/02/2024*: when i try to fill form on the provided link, it says something went wrong pls try again. JUST TERRIBLE

terrible application. I had to reset my password 3 times now because there's a glitch in the system where it keeps saying invalid username or password although the credentials are correct. and I can't enable the fingerprint due to glitches. the interface is not user-friendly and navigating it is very hard.

Very bad interface. First time I see transfer To, then transfer From in any app. I ended up making a mistake due to this and bank is not willing to listen. Just keeps on repeating 'you made a mistake'. They could easily cancel their internal transaction but wouldn't do it. Bad interface, bad service.
