Biometric login option not available . After recent update, Biometric login option went missing. Set all permission, still not get accessed

The app suddenly stopped working on my Samsung M31 since last week and inspite of all the mails sent to S2b support still waiting for a resolution. Done cache and data removal + reinstall. See splash screen and then white screen. No way to proceed further. Also the app provides the authentication token for on-line banking. So absolutely no access to my account for a week. Appreciate if you can catch a failure like this at your end even without customer having to log an issue.

System requested me to update apps to version 5.10.1. IPV6. Immediately after I succesfully update. The S2B isn't responding. The waiting game is endless. An error notice pops up: Close App. Wait. Feedback *Version 5.8.1 lagging in processing request & crash multiple times ! If you have multiple ID login access, please don't update to latest version. I had to uninstall and re-install apps to be able to use it normally. I ended up having to re-register each of those multiple ID login on my apps !
