1) It is 2024 and it doesn't offer picture-in-picture?! Most video apps allow you to minimize the app and multitask while the video is playing. 2) They should offer a native app for smart TVs, Google Chromecast, and other such devices. Streaming from the phone to the device often leads to buffering and choppiness despite having a strong Internet connection. Not having the above mentioned features for an app that requires a $20 subscription is disappointing to say the least. Please do better.

The lack of casting option from Android makes it almost useless. I would think casting for a streaming sports app would be a baseline feature. The mirroring option they mention in the FAQ is not helpful as it then renders your phone useless. Update: added Chromecast, which helps...doesn't work great yet, but it's an improvement. Hopefully an app for smart TVs is in the works.

Edit: the app is now worse than it once was, which was absolutely awful. Now with the new update , it prompts you to create a profile "it's quick and easy." No option without keyboard . errors and crashes. Now getting a "null" prompt and can't do anything else. No option to login or anything. This app seems like it is from 2015. So our if date it's scary. Especially with the Cubs being valued at over 4 billion dollars. They can take my money but the app is like something out of the stone age.
