Last update ruined the watch. It won't stay connected to my phone. The Bluetooth says connected but, the wearable app says it's not. I asked for support and I got the old "try turning it off and back on again". This is tiring. Update: samsung fixed the watch connection but, they released another update and again the watch will not stay connected to my phone. Would not recommend buying this watch.

The watch is great, i really mean it. But i had an issue awhile back. So basicly, it developed something called a Phantom Touch, where it taps stuff on the screen by itself. I left it in a box, and i meant to go get it returned for the warrenty. But we moved houses, and it got lost for a month or so. When found, i tried it on for fun, and it worked like a charm. Super duper weird. The software is AWESOME and super easy to customize. Overall, its a fantastic watch

I was super excited to upgrade my watch to the Active2. I also switched from a Galaxy phn to the LG v60. First 2 days, watch worked great. Now i can no longer receive text messages. Tried every setting there is. I receive a text message alert on my watch, just can't view the actual text. I expected better from Samsung. Highly disappointed. May have to return before my 2 weeks are up.
