Samsung is implementing PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE on my Gear Fit2. They just sent a notice saying it will no longer be compatible on smartphones released after 2024. Why not just leave it as it is and not block the Gear Fit2 from working on new phones? And just allow legacy software to run? Very disappointed in Samsung.

First such watch and I love it so far. But, a recent update has killed the app and is frustrating. It's constantly stopping and won't stay running for more than a few seconds. Takes ages to sync my workouts as a result. Dropping my star rating because of this. I've lost one of my big workouts (using endomondo) yesterday because of this issue. The watch was reset by the software because it couldn't connect and now it still can't. aaaarrrgh. FIX IT please, i bought 2 of these, both the same.

It's just not working anymore. I have spent the last few hours trying to just access Samsung's app store so I can get the alarm on my Gear Fit, because for some odd reason, that's not a default feature. Everytime I try to access the app store, I get an error message. Once got in and to the actual app, but when I'd try to download it, I'd get a timeout error. Can't even access the FAQs, troubleshooting guides, or contact them through this app. Please address these issues.
