not consistent can not add items to cart. i am not able to order via app. Update the app is still not better. I really wish they would update this app. Not able to send to store, slow to look up items, if need to screen shot order because app won't send to store you have to screen shot every item. Thank goodness the girls at the store are amazing an accommodate when call.

This sounds like there may have been some issue when downloading/updating to the latest version. Can you try logging out from the Profile section and log back in? The "check store availability" doesn't work on the app, I also wish there was an option to pick up an order in store instead of having to wait for delivery. You can't add items to the cart, so I don't use the app for orders, just browsing. Love that I can check product prices with a picture of the barcode, it's so handy when shopping in store.

We do offer the option to pick up in store which can be selected after tapping Send To Store. The issue adding items to the cart has been resolved in an update that will be available very soon.

The app will not work. I did the most recent update (a few times). It allows me to sign in, but as soon as i get to the home screen, it kicks me back to the play store and then says the app isn't responding. I tried restarting my phone and that didn't matter either. I hope this gets resolved. I'll be reaching out to my rep directly so he can still get credit for my orders. Frustrating that it seems this pandemic has somehow also broken the internet and ordering anything from anywhere.
