Love the Sally's app!!! I can spend a couple hours just looking at all their products !! Only downfall is it's very slow/laggy and it's been like that for the last 3 years since I first downloaded the app on a previous phone. Still well worth the legginess for a great hair shopping experience!!

Checking out was an issue, I had gotten an error that a product was sold out, but It was just the UPC so I had to manually scroll through the whole order to figure out what item and remove it but I had 3 of them. It only started that I could purchase 3 of them. Then, when I finally figured which of the 25+ items it was, another item was no longer available, then again a 3rd and 4th time. So basically I missed out on like 10 items because of this annoying issue. Buying should be easier/faster

Very, *very* slow app, it is probably the worst app I use on my phone. The only reason I keep it is because it keeps track of my previous orders so I can go back and re-order the same items I use frequently. It also keeps track of my rewards to use on subsequent orders. Otherwise, it's terrible, slow, glitchy, and lags. I wish the creators would pay attention to these negative reviews and fix the issues.
