It was impossible to pair my device with this app. They ask you a lot of personal info to turn your light bulb on. Had to download a different app to get the light bulb to work. Update: Acabo de escribir al soporte y al enviar solo dice "error" . ¿Ni siquiera su página de soporte funciona?

Hi, so far I like but out of nowhere my schedules stoped working, it used to turn automatically everymoring and one morning it stopped. //edit: the solution worked. Thanks!

Hi Margarita, please switch your home to a different smart mode using the App. For example switch to Night or Active. The schedulers are bound to the selected smart mode. If you still have problems please send us an email and we will help you solve it. Thanks

Terrible and slow and after waiting like 5 minutes, it still doesn't register your device . Plus, they ask tou for all sorts of confidential information that shouldn't be required for an app like this.
