Been using app for over 2 years. For the most part this is a good gig app. The BIGGEST pitfall Roadie has is their GPS tracking. I have been enroute or even at a pickup location and Roadie will message me saying "due to lack of progress you have been removed from the gig" they proceed to remove me not just from the specific gig but ALL gigs. Even though I am at a pickup location for one of the gigs. THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM IS BROKEN! ROADIE FIX THIS PROBLEM!

Could be better at giving you orders to do. It's pretty unreliable as to getting approved to do orders you selected to do. Like, you'd select to do an order and then often you get "sorry, you weren't selected to start this order". And support isn't really much help either. But ehh, it's still another gig option, as far as I'm concerned. Bottom line, it has no excuse and should be much better in terms of a gig app for drivers. Pretty disappointing as a roadie driver myself.

App is good, works great most of the time. My one star rating is for the absolutely useless "support system" that this app employs. They are the type of support that blames the driver for every mistake, sends out a generic email, and then might actually take the time to investigate after you respond to the initial email, or not. I even had one worker, Neha, hang up on me in the middle of important stuff, just cause i couldn't respond fast enough. Many other stuff to report, no room. šš
