We always order and do the To Go...and it is SO convenient! They get the food done pretty fast, so far the accuracy of our orders have been on point, the employees are super nice and helpful, etc... My only complaint, I guess you could call it, would be that the portions of condiments/toppings (when it comes to butter, cinnamon butter, sour cream, dressings, etc...) is really small.

I always have issues placing an order, it just gives a generic error prompt. This has happened to me the past several times. When I call to place an order the phone always rings forever. Also when they do answer they *refuse to place an order over the phone, even if you are having an issue with online ordering.. they tell you "just come here and order" ... Um no I'm trying to save time and pickup for a reason.. only restaurant that won't take your order.

Just tried to place an order online. It declined my credit card because of something about billing address not matching? There was no option in the payment methods to add my billing address. I also checked my account profile and there was no address there either. I've never had success with using this app. There's always an error. Thankfully someone answered the phone and took the order. Usually we're told they don't do phone orders anymore and must use the app.
