Honestly amazing. The app is basically a pop up dictionary for reading, and it doesn't really have any bugs from what I've seen. Some stuff is preselected and categorized by genre and reading level. if you want to read a book that isn't on the app, you can search for it on baidu or Google. there's also a flash card feature that i don't use much but seems to be functional. i would love to see this app for other languages. That would be exceptional.

Thank you for the multiple viewing options and short stories. I do desire to see more variety of stories in the future and perhaps even audio for at least some stories. I appreciate the character and definition lookup, but I also appreciate the pinyin, which is especially useful for looking up complex characters outside the app for more detailed study. The user interface is friendly for beginners and attractively designed. Altogether, this is a lovely app.

I luckily found a story I really like and I'm completely hooked. Being able to tap the characters I don't know to get a pop up dictionary is absolutely wonderful and lets me read a bit above my actual level and learn some new characters. The trick is finding a story you like. The blurbs are only sometimes helpful and stories often show up multiple times. I read a ton in English, and now that Readibu helps me read in Chinese, I'm quite optimistic about improving my Chinese.
