The app just keeps crashing. Using bulk functions is just not possible as it will inevitably result in a crash. Even if you select just 100 photos. Needs a huge performance improvement. Considering I've invested over €1k in hardware, I expect at least the basics to work. Please improve performance asap. All in all not very reliable app. I hope you guys keep working on improving it. Running on Samsung S20+. Update: Photo Backup does not work anymore.

- Why are all the videos downloaded in the browsing view (I see the amount of data) instead only the video thumbnails? - The app also shows wrong thumbnails for the pictures. - no folder browsing possible - Smart album creation results in an error - so slow compared to Google Photos. And the pictures are so much closer to my device, literally

Well, it works, but it's terrible! The folder interfaces are not sortable in any way. You can't edit what is displayed, so the video files only show the length, not what their title or even filename is. Still using qvideo and qmusic because they're much much better, despite being legacy. Sort it out, QNAP. This app is useless.
