This app is awful. If you are relying on this for viewing your bank statement, balancing your account, keeping up with automatic drafts, deposits, possible fraudulent activity, etc..you will be disappointed! It's been nearly two weeks since I have been able to log on. While the customer service rep was courteous and offered to confirm balance and transactions on my account and gave a follow up call on Christmas eve, still I am not able to log into my acct. Wish I hadn't gone paperless!

Every time I use SS's app, I have to reset my password by going to the bank or calling for assistance. I DON'T have time for this, and it's VERY frustrating, annoying, and time consuming!! Your app no longer allows me access on my phone, although I use the same username/password on my tablet, and NOW I can't access the app on my tablet. There is NOTHING to "update". I already did that previously and now have no access at all. Do something about it; this is ridiculous!!

Bank teller Micayla is exceptional at what she does. Her customer service is phenomenal and deserves recognition for the good that she brings to Southside Bank! I also believe she deserves a raise because help like her is very hard to find!
