DFCU Mobile™ puts 24/7 account access in the palm of your hand. Use DFCU mobile to easily and securely manage your DFCU Financial accounts anytime, anywhere. Check your account balances, deposit checks, transfer funds, pay bills, find the nearest branch location and more.
You must be enrolled in DFCU Online to use this app. To enroll, launch the app and choose “New Enrollment” (located below the Log In button).

• A consistent, intuitive and secure experience.

• Funds Transfers between your accounts and those of other DFCU Online users.

• Expanded eDocuments Center including statements from as far back as 7 years.

I've tested my issues several times for mobile deposits and here are my findings. On a fresh install it will successfully do one check. but when i got to do a second one the camera is VERY dark and completely unfocused. if i uninstall and reinstall the app, it repeats the same process: 1st check is perfect, second is blurry and stupidly dark. please let us know what the next steps are or that your programmers/developers are working on a fix, this is extremely frustrating!

Was a good app for years, but over the last few months I've had issues where it simply will not let me log in, on more than one occasion. No matter if I use biometric or typed sign in, it gives me an "Authentication Error" message. Last time I had to go through and reset my biometrics. I think this may be the last straw and I may be done with DFCU altogether as I was already annoyed that my account doesn't always update in real time after using it, or AT ALL on the weekends/holidays.

This app has worked great for years, then in the last week I can't get it to log in. It just sits there acting like it's logging in, but doing nothing. I haven't changed my phone recently, the phone goes through updates like everyone's phone does, so that may have caused the issue, don't change the fact that this app needs to be fixed. Rating the app poor to get their attention.
