This App is awful. If I could give zero stars I would. It never loads and is NOT user friendly. Our previous bank,which was bought by this one, had a much better app. We have had nothing but problems with this. The ONLY way I can check my account is by going through a search engine. Even then the website is not user friendly and is prehistoric with its functions. Bring back the software from Pedestal Bank, the bank you took over.

After an upgrade, the background and over all look was changed. It took 2 months for me to access the app. The customer service at the tunnel blv location in houma Louisiana is rude and condescending. The young lady who told me my check should be deposited on a Friday afternoon when I asked her, specifically, to cash & deposit the check, requires extended customer satisfaction follow-up training. Thin, blond.

This app is terrible. It takes days for certain deposits and credits to show. I sometimes have to do the math manually to see my true balance. The reason I have online banking is so I don't have to worry about keeping a check ledger. This needs to be addressed. The issues have gotten worse over time.
