The app is great, I can check my card on the go instead of going to the bank. Although, it is good and all but after you using it for a long while... the app just crashes, you log on and it won't open it will close either it's self or go back to log in settings. ━ EDIT: NOTHING CHANGED, I still have the same log in problem after the update.

I wish the app shows you your most recent transaction as any other banks. You really have to monitor every charges you made on the card to make sure your balance is accurate. The balance that shows on the app also fluctuates for some reason...

This app was working fine with the Note 8. Now with the Note 9 it just crashes. I constantly need to uninstall and then reinstall. I just gave up and stopped installing. I sign in using my phone's web browser with no issues, after it loads it gives me the mobile layout, which makes no sense. Just proves that the app is dysfunctional. I called BOG's customer service about a few weeks ago to report this issue. No one has gotten back to me and the app still doesn't work. 🤦♀️
