3.5 stars to be exact. The app doesn't scale well on my Surface Duo (1 of my devices). Check depositing is also cumbersome. 1 of my devices has NFC. As such & I don't know if this is possible, but I would prefer to use contact-less pay directly thru the app or nbkc. Perhaps more importantly, I would like transaction notifications. This is vital to prevent fraudulent charges going unnoticed.

I previously rated the app 3 stars, and the bank 5. After the update of the app, purchases and transfers no longer lags. The purchase transaction was never a real issue, though. There's no fee for overdraft in the event it happens. Also I thought that I had to wait until the end of the month to receive my atm reimbursement. You do not. I feel good about NBKC, and if anyone have any issues, they really listen to customer feedback. I am not being paid to say this.

Can't even log in on the app. It loads for a few seconds then sends me back to the log in screen. Support was polite but didn't have any solutions for me. Looking at the other reviews this has been an issue for 5 years, shocking that it hasn't been fixed in all this time EDIT: I had to create a reset my password through the app for it to work
