A VERY outdated app. There is no Zelle, no quickpay, no option to make wire transfers from home. The app crashes CONSTANTLY. When I need to make an internal transfer from my checking to savings or check my balance, the app will crash. This happens CONSTANTLY. It doesn't matter if I update the app, unintall and install. It contines to crash. I want to know that when I need my bank I can count on them. Clearly, this app is faulty and unreliable.

I have to log-in to my browser, I've been unable to make any transfers between my accounts with this app. I've deleted the app multiple times, cleared cache multiple times, force stopped etc... I can count on 1 hand as to how many times I've been able to use it for intended purposes. This app has been almost a constant inconvenience for a few months.! Immediate attention would be greatly appreciated.!

It's slow but very manageable, fast on transactions. IBC goes to great lengths to make me feel better about the security of their app.. the refresh rate on purchases is very slow and I find myself suddenly in the red. Ex. Taco Cabana charge reappear over two months after my visit. Pending comes up a lot days and sometimes weeks after purchase cleared p.o.s system. But one thing it does best is allow me to move money easily from savings to checking and to use that for immediate use seconds really
