Edited after bug fixes. This app is still worse than the pre-fanfare version. Scanning barcodes on receipts was a great way of adding points. It was simple and only relied on me remembering to do it. Now I have to give the code to my server and hope that they enter it in correctly. Yet again a simple, working idea has been ruined by overcomplication. This drastic change in functionality and GUI is in no way a benefit or positive change. Just had a waitress screw it up last week, lost 70+ pts.

I've had nothing but problems with ordering from this app. From showing up to the store and finding out the order never went through even though it said it did, to just plain crashing every time you hit the order button more recently (and also over the past 6 months or so). I really enjoy Primanti's overall, but this app really needs some work. I've missed out on many reward points by not being able to order through the app.

App worked fine. I got rewards, notification of specials. Points etc. Now that it is updated, nothing. It wants me to sign in, but says I'm already signed in. Way to difficult things up. One of the easiest to use restaurant apps went straight to useless. Not even difficult to use, but completely useless. If I could give a negative number rating I would. Addition: cannot log in by any means. I had at least $30 in reward money that is apparently lost due to this unworkable update.
