Leased a Samsung phone. Felt like I've been ripped off after completing it. Paid over twice it's price and at the very last payment after a year of weekly automatic payments the last one didn't go through. It stop for some reason and I didn't get any notification about it until a month later I've realized they tried to get in touch with me smh So I just paid it. Hopefully it didn't mess up my credit. I'm never doing this ever again.

Literally cannot enter my email address in the dedicated field to log in. Every other button, field, and link seems to work —except that one. Most everything else about the company has been fine or better, and the app worked completely as of 1-2 months ago (this issue has persisted for at least 1 month now), but now appears suddenly, without warning or reason, at a most inconvenient time. The website is also blocking log-in access before any attempt can be made. Makes payments impossible.

I made a payoff payment for the exact amount it showed. Not only did it not pay off that account, but it applied the payment to another lease agreement! I am going to file a BBB report despite them not being accredited. Because it was suspicious, I took a video of the payment. Also, the website says that my password is wrong despite it working on the app. The Progressive Leasing service itself is fine. However, this experience makes me not want to use the service in the future!
