With every update this app loses more and more functionality. Pages becomes less and less intuitive to find, and the features that actually WOULD be helpful often don't function properly, if at all. It crashes regularly. For example, the "biometric login." Why offer the function if it doesn't work? It scans my finger, then makes me put in my username and password manually anyway. Then it requests biometrics again, and again every time I click back from a different pages. Useless & a nuisance.

Probably one of the worst apps I have ever used. It constantly crashes, needs reloading and closes out. I'm unable to easily access my information, bills or find providers. I've been trying to get my invoice downloaded for the past 10 minutes and I'm just over it after months and months of wasting my time. Insurance costs so much, you'd think they would have the money to have an app that would at least function

App crashes immediately when trying to log in. Seems like similar issues to what everyone else has pointed out. If you try contacting the developer/priority using the email on Google Play, it will kick the email back to you. "THIS INBOX IS NOT MONITORED. For assistance, please..." Nobody wants to wait on hold, and the app doesn't work, so I can't contact them there. Just fix the app. Update: after calling and getting in once, biometric still doesn't work. Fix the app!
