Used to be able to simply scan ticket and it would tell you if you're a winner and also add it for points. Now you have to manually enter extremely long numbers from front and back of each ticket. Sometimes it accepts it...other times it makes you wait 24 hours. Super disappointed because it used to be really handy. Now it's such an inconvenience that I won't be using it anymore. It's all over the place visually and confusing. Go back to the older version PLEASE. This is straight garbage.

The ticket scanner can be found by tapping the green circular button in the bottom right corner of the app, or by tapping ‘Ticket Checker’ in the hamburger menu. Once you’ve scanned to check your ticket, tap the “PlayOn” toggle to switch and scan for points. If you are experiencing issues, please contact us directly at support@playonkansas.com.

This updated app is garbage. The old one told you if you won anything in between multi draws this one says results not in. Total 💩 So here we are several months later and several emails to them and problem still not fixed. You cannot scan your ticket to see if it won if it is a multi draw ( like 3 drawings) the old app said " not a winner. Drawings remain" this new and improved app says results not in REALLY!

I liked the older app better. When scanning tickets, it would be nice to both check and enter for playon points at the same time. Also it would be nice if a winning ticket would ding or cha ching sound because i almost missed one when scanning 20 tickets. Trying to do it fast and click "check another ticket" after each one now (that wasnt in old version) makes you get in a rhythm and might miss a winner especially when the winning # emails no longer come out early mornings anymore
