Workshop fine both with my galaxy s7 and s9. Excellent with a tens unit that is "wearable" and can be steered from the phone. I would have loved if you also could make your own programs, or at least bee able to control for instance "pulse interval". Still, without those features this unit is the best I have ever had for my kind of usage. Pity the app has not been updated in a while.

Thanks for your kind feedback, the app was just updated now and will be before christmas with new functions. As for the one to customize your program, it's an option that will be dedicated to the Pro App for health professionals.

I like the app. Lots of functions, calendar etc. Every program has i formation about it.. very good. But also missing some things. And i just won't activate the pro version. Even when i got an message it has been activated.. the program still says. " Requested" The important function I'm missing is a program, where you can manually set the frequency and length. And to set the left or right side independently from eachother.

Thanks for your feedback, it's not possible to set left and right independently. Concerning manual settings of frequency and length we are working on it but it will take some time :)

Disappointed. Bluetens's benefit is the flow helping the user chose the right treatment and apply electrodes. Cheaper tens like the Easy@Home is better: supports more accessories through the common connectors. Some have manual mode to control frequency and pulse length and electrodes are cheaper. There are too many issues and missing features in the app: 1. Unable to choose the language of the app (to be different than Android system lang) 2. No manual control of frequency and pulse width 3. Choice of zones of the body are really limited 4. Treatments are limited and repeated in the different categories 5. If the phone goes to sleep or the app just goes to the background the current treatment is lost 6. No firmware update control in the app

Thanks for your message, concerning the manual tweaking of technical parameters, it's clearly not a feature demanded by our community, our task is to make things easy for them :)
Language : yes, adapted to the phone language, easier :)
Body areas : 15, not really limited
FW is controlled by us automatically, it's easier.
