Great app. Very fast and easy process of payments. Transparency on every stage of order. PLUS they listen, my Mum is on the wheelchair ♿️ 3rd floor, they have delivered and waited for her to open the door. Absolutely fab people, great app. I'll be ordering more. Flowers amazing! Payment problems almost every time I've been using the app. Payment status not updating on the app till actually cancel it. If you want go back you have to cancel the order, then it goes step back. Pain in the bum, but website is even worse if you use it on mobile.

Just use the web page. App vibrates on every touch which you cannot disable, but don't even bother installing it because it won't let you place an order. Typing post code maybe shows a dropdown with wrong city names, if you choose one it will be locked on order screen, but usually it shows nothing and does not allow you to proceed.
