Don't waste your time. At first this app was great, a few bugs here & there but nothing big. The last few times, awful. The shoppers at the store have done a good job overall but that's the only good thing I have to say. I've been paying more & more for an order that's been around the same size, despite coupons, the app itself has been glitchy & the last order was really late because of technical issues. The order I just ordered was cancelled, with no explanation but no doubt technical issues

Used to work ok. Then they updated it and I can't get past the "find a store in your area". Just loops me back to sign in. I did a reinstall, but still the same problems. I can log into the website, but I guess they took the scanner off of it. That leaves me no way to scan digital coupons, so last time I was there, I left the store without buying some stuff I wanted, I'll find it elsewhere. It's always a smart thing to hire the best app developers, if you still want customers!!

I HATE THIS POS APP! It's difficult to navigate, and good luck easily finding the "digital coupons" to clip. The app sucks and you get to be your own cashier? What joy! Kroger sucks!I am no tech dummy, so please don't tell me to uninstall and reinstall or to call, if it gets that bad I will just quit shopping Pick n Save! The design of the app and the user interface sucks, you try to search for your coupons so that you can clip them, good luck finding them!We need a better app!
