The app frequently fails to open or gets stuck on the open screen. Like at least 1/3 of the time. Sometimes I can close it and reopen, but sometimes it just won't work at all. Today it just won't load at all, even with uninstalling and reinstalling. I never know if I'm actually going to be able to order or not, or if I'm going to have to change plans and order in-store (which obviously takes a lot of time because the drinks take a while to make). When the app is actually working, it's really convenient. But it doesn't reliably work.

Really like Philz Coffee. This review reflects my experience with the app and not the store or brand. Navigation is unintuitive. They've departed from a lot of the traditional UX language and paradigms, so navigation requires a lot of trial and error. App used to have random signouts, but this has improved. Notifications are still a little buggy, with 'last visit review' appearing over the order pickup card. The app also adds two icons to the app drawer, which is a little irksome.

Very straight forward. I like the design and how you navigate to change specifics of your drink. The only thing that I saw as a potential issue is the visibility of unavailable items. The difference in tone or color was really slight, making the distinction hard. Otherwise Im glad I can order directly through Philz instead of a 3rd party app.
