This app has its issues and has been extremely buggy for me. I cannot view my policy documents or disclosures because the app tells me the "action has been terminated", or something akin to that, then the AI bot redirects me to the same buggy Settings menu. Frustrating for sure. Having a Live Chat and toll free number is helpful at least. Processing new claims is simple and quick if you have your paperwork ready (invoice, proof of payment, etc.). Overall OK app; needs improvement.

I was excited about this because I felt it would make claims easier. It does not. I have to stand at a distance to capture the whole page of a receipt and then the claims come back as "incomplete" because no one can read it. It's very inconvenient. Then when I try to update and fix the picture problem I can't add a picture because the description I wrote when I first submitted the claim is too long. It bleeds over into the "upload picture" area. Once you submit the claim the app condenses the whole thing and that's where the information spills over into eachother. Now I have to submit my claims all over again instead of just updating them. Someone really needs to fix these issues.

Extremely easy to submit a claim, but needs a lot of work! Can't view photos you attached, either during submittal or after submission. You also can't delete a claim (I accidentally did a duplicate). And lastly, to update a claim, it doesn't allow you to add new photos or make changes, even though there is an update button. Instead, you have to go to the website. The website clearly has more capabilities than the app, which sort of defeats the purpose of the app.
