EDIT: latest updates asks for a rating of the stream after every use. Quite unreliable. I will frequently only get audio and no video with the video just endlessly buffering. Restarting the app does not fix this issue. Somehow fixes itself randomly. It also seems like only 1 person can access the steam at any time? That is unacceptable in this day and age. When it does work the steam will randomly end after about 20 minutes or so. Overall very disappointed considering the price of the petcube.

I've had this for years and it has never recorded properly when it's on awake mode. Not sure what clock it's on but if only there was a way to set timers to record because the auto function does. Not.work. I've reset multiple times and nothing is ever fixed permanently. Sometimes there are issues connecting to the petcube, or to get kicked out during a call.

Had the Petcube for two years. Really e joyed it but the software functions have degraded since. You used to be able to select motion for human or pet and now it's just a generic function and I constantly get notifications that pet is moving when I don't need to be told that every 10 mins. You used to be able to select sound for bark or other sounds and now it's generic also. Also, I get a notification for sound and log in and no sounds is being made or no recorded video. Unreliable now.
