I see that I am not the only one having issues. It worked great for a few years! Until now. The app won't log me in. Also, a couple of months ago, the battery that was in the camera itself started to bloat up, so we got rid of that and ended up just keeping the cam plugged in. I loved having access to view the cam on my phone at any time. Please fix the app!

I have had this camera for the 2+years and never had a problem until 2 months ago. I have followed every recommend step and it still says "snap shot unavailable" and it would not record motion. Then all the sudden two days ago it won't detect motion at all. Customer service never replied. I am frustrated. I rely on this due to the hours I work. If Kodak doesn't fix this or make it right then I will go somewhere else. Security is important, that is why people invest in these.

As others are saying, the servers aren't working properly and the camera is effectively useless. Videos that are taken when motion is detected supposedly "can't be uploaded", despite having had this camera for 4 years and it's worked fine up until the last two weeks. PLEASE fix this, none of my customer support requests have gone through and this is ridiculous!
