I love the app! It's been a great training tool. It gives me exactly what I need in an easy to follow format and the free app exceeded my expectations. I only gave it 4 starts (rather than 5) because it doesn't connect to my coros watch (I can still manually enter my workouts) and it doesn't have above a 50k distance. But overall it's a great app and in super pleased with it!

This is a great app overall, but I think it needs some work. It does not provide any flexibility to move runs throughout the week and it calls every kind of training (even cross-training) a run, which makes ticking the boxes each week almost impossible. I also don't like that if you want to start a plan you can't fade in your trainings until the plan actually starts and you have to start them in the specific alloted time they provide. I like the interface, being able to see the runs in the plan

I think the app is great and the training programs are challenging. Here's my feedback. I think some of the speed work is too aggressive. My biggest gripe is not being able to swap a day around. For example a long Saturday run that got rained out and done on Sunday. I don't see a way to handle that in the app. It's extremely rigid. Sometimes life and weather gets in the way. Being able to swap runs around would be great.
