UI is very clunky and not very responsive. Not very much feedback on whether you've clicked on something or not. Simple things like ordering a drink bring up a menu that asks if you want "lite ice, extra ice, or no ice." There is no option for regular ice... Then at the bottom there is an option to add the item or buy the item, but is that referring to the drink or the entire combo. There's no context to know the answer.

Yea, this app is grade A garbage! I enter my zip to find my store, and it didn't bring up one location in my city even though there are quite a few here. The closest one they gave me was 24 miles away all the way up to a location 1,000 miles away. Not very intuitive. Good food, but they need to fire their app developing team, assuming there even is one, and replace them with trained monkey's. I have a strong feeling it would perform better than this trash. At least you could pay them in bananas!

Glad to have app to use when it's working properly. I'd say it's not doing so good when it says app keeps stopping, invalid basket and then find out that bucket of chicken you ordered was submitted 4 times, and you get charged for each time. I think I will go back to calling the order in and delete this app. They can't correct the faux pa at store, have to call an 800# to try and fix this. First call will be to the bank to get the extra charges removed. 😡
