Please fix the app so I can log in. I put everything in correctly, but keep getting error. I even tried forgot password and still an error message. Other than that, I love y'all. My favorite coffee. But with one complaint. The baristas never ask for your discount card or phone number and I forget. Hopefully the bugs are worked out in the app so it won't be a problem.

I have longed for a CCs app like the "big" coffee house chain has. I don't know if this app is it. The app is useless occupier of memory space. I can not create a new login because it tells me my email is on file. I can not use my CC's website login password for the app. And the reset password function does not work. Brew a pot for the programmers. They must be asleep

Update 3/16/23:2nd attempt at mobile ordering. Mobile reciept states that I placed my order @ 1:29 and ready for pick-up @ 1:39. Arrive @ 1:40 and they hadn't received it yet! I was told that the store gets the order 7 mins after I place my order. Have to wait as if I place order through drive-thru. Don't know if it's just this location or what as I haven't tried any other ones yet. Review 10/6/22: After a year of trying to mobile order, it finally went through but with quite a few hiccups!
