App is good. It makes payments easy. Im using it for about one year now. But i faced few difficulties recently. App was installed to a new phone, signed up easily, but couldnt make the payment. I had to call a person in company to know that i have to change a setting when the phone is changed. I was disappointed when doing a payment just after one. Had to go in another pathway to do the second payment. Very unfriendly to the user

Pretty solid payment app with a polished UI. I really like the Express Pay option that makes it super easy to quickly pay for something using the selected card. The login is a bit sluggish, and there doesn't seem to be a resource on the service charges. A list of service charges for bill payments to billers would be nice.

I made 3 utility bills using a credit card which were all denied by the app due to an error. Although my card was charged the payment never went through. I used the app support to log my complaint twice.But I didn't get any response. Then I called the customer support and informed the issue. They promised to reverse the transactions. But, still have not reversed the transactions. I tried calling the customer support more than 10 times during working hours. But they don't even pick up the phone.
