I hate that it doesn't work right on my Samsung the way it does on my iPhone. On iPhone, I get the notifications that the session is expiring soon. For some strange reason on Samsung, the notifications are blocked and I can't access them. It's really frustrating because I'm risking getting a ticket because it's not functioning right.

Compromised my data in a data breach, charged a "convenience fee" with every transaction unless maximum time is purchased, requires that money be deposited to an account that is drawn down with each session rather than running each session individually. Once again, Chicago has screwed it's resident's by contracting with a private company to manage city owned parking. Dec 2023 update: I still don't trust the app. If there were any other options to pay for parking in Chicago I'd use it instead.

used to send notifications on my Google Pixel, but has stopped doing so. received a parking ticket today as a result, and when I went into the notifications menu of my phone's settings, I don't even have the option to turn them "on" for this app. don't know when that change was made, but it was a terrible decision.
