UPDATE: As of 04/12/2024, the app still has several problems like not saving credit card information and showing errors when you try to use your free pastry reward. App is TERRIBLE and not well managed (if managed at all) since it doesn't reflect what's in a store either. AWFUL! Issue making order for pickup. Everytime go to check out it gives me an error message: "oops, error validating basket" Already tried deleting and re-downloading the app. Also parts of the menu are missing on the site.

I recently switched to a new phone and now the app is telling me that my email is not valid. I had no issues logging in on my old phone or online. My email hasn't change and one I've been using for years. It doesn't make any sense. There's no help in the app or their web page. I couldn't even email the app support email provided in the play store since it kept getting returned and wouldn't accept my email. I had to use a yahoo email to send support but no response from them.

I made a purchase of a cake for a loved one's birthday ahead of time, and the order appeared on the history just fine. No confirmation email other than the bank statement, but I figured it would be fine since there was confirmation on the app's ordering history. But lo and behold, I check today and apparently there's no order in the ordering history. I refresh the app. Installed and reinstalled the app. Even checked on a laptop, but no. It's missing my order.
