The push notifications do not take you to the article when tapped. Very annoying. The April update claims to have fixed this, but it is not working on my Galaxy S20. The settings area has 'Send Feedback' and 'Contact' buttons which do absolutely nothing when tapped. I came here to report the issue with the push notifications. The app needs work.

Hi William, thanks for the note. we have recently fixed the push notification issue. Be sure you are on the most updated version. The "Send Feedback" button should open an email that allows you to report your issue. "Contact" will open to our help center. User preferences sometimes prevent that from happening but we will investigate furhter.

Much better app now. I had refrained from updating because I didn't want the e-paper on my S23+. I finally updated on 3/19/23 and it seems much better. You can choose your reading preference, either the e-paper or the news feed, which I prefer. That version added something missing in the old version, the ability to navigate by sections, such as news, sports. Finally I tested the search function, which used to be worthless. I searched a name and it came up in the news feed and in the e-paper!

I've never had the 'paper' (down)load successfully using the app (Samsung S9, in-home wifi connection). I gave it 2-stars because I can navigate the e-paper using an internet browser and I really like that interface. You still get the influence of the editor's in terms of placement and organization, but the ease and speed of online articles when you find something that interests you. I think this had potential, it just doesn't work for me yet.
