Track it Forward is an affordable volunteer time tracking platform fit for small and large non-profits, schools, universities, museums, government grantees and many other types of organizations. Volunteers can log hours through a kiosk, this free mobile app, or our website.
Each volunteer has access to the following from their mobile device:
Hour log form
Selfie, geo-location & signature submission forms
Personal volunteer timesheet
Goal progress
Event sign ups
In addition, admins also have access to:
Add new volunteers
Review submissions and verifications
Approve and reject hours
Check in & out volunteers from events
Review what volunteers are signed in onsite

Pretty simple to navigate. Easy to sign up for events. I do wish there was a tab to pull up at a glance events I've volunteered for that haven't occurred yet. Also, it's glitchy in that it often kicks you back to current date if you've viewed a future date and have to keep scrolling down to get back to where you where.

Works well, but a couple of short comings. Ability to text volunteers only in Advanced version, which gets expensive. The app version really needs work. Useful, but it needs to be able to set start page, and notifications would eliminate the need for texting.

I love using this app because it tracks the hours you have worked. The bar graph shows how many hours you have worked and how many you need to work to fulfill your total hours. Becaues it is color coded, it makes it easier to read!
