The app doesn't show what individual resources are available for a particular location and what time/day they are available. When using the search feature that I know a provider has I get a no results message.

Thanks for letting us know. We would love to get your help adding different agencies in your area. In the menu there is an option to “submit a resource”. This way, you can help submit agencies to the list. Our team will review them and approve them for all users to see.

This is brilliant. Easy to use and informative. People (you) can help by adding resources and information for the people that are in need, in your community. There's a tab on the app to do that. Most homeless DO have cell phones. They're provided to them! Please spread the word about this app 🙂

I'm a professional musician sound engineer and producer and I spent many years as a traveling musician this app is very out of touch with reality. Homeless people need a home, not an app. I saw this thing on Dr. Phil, I had a feeling it would be kinda stupid. This app is no better than a person going to The Salvation Army or any of the resources that are already available. They forgot something big, not all homeless people have phones, duh.

Thanks Ernie for your review. Actually almost 75% of people experiencing homelessness have phones. They do need shelter, and a job, and medical care, and housing, and recovery resources, a clinic, a place to eat, counseling… and much more. And this app helps them get there - and now you can help them get there also. I regret that you don’t like it.
