Terrible initial registration process. It won't let you enter your required birth date info directly. You must scroll through a calendar prompt that starts with the current date, month by month. I'm almost 62 yrs old. I'm not going to scroll through 744 screens to enter info. Uninstalled. Update, January 3, 2024. Marginal improvements. Still kills my android phone. Terrible interface. I've specifically asked my HCP to call, text, or email me for communication. 14 yr old nephew can do better.

The referral tool doesn't work. It always displays a technical error. The email for support is not valid, so no help there. The website doesn't have a support number or email. No help there either. Bad app.

This is great overall, but it would be better if you could make your appointment first and then see if the doctor you want is available.
