In general, the app is good, and I haven't encountered any problems in the last 5 years. It swiftly migrates between phones. My only critique is that the app lacks a complete set of icons. When the icons are in a square-rounded shape, they appear as white with a small red square in the middle.

Terrible app - a week can't pass by without there being bugs or slowness or random errors for no reason. There is no good way for transaction tracking - the interface is horrible and the filtering options are practically non-existent. I was once abroad and it randomly kept crashing for a whole day and I couldn't use my finances and had to rely on a friend to give me money for the entire day. This is a huge bank - shows how much it cares for the customers if it won't even invest in a working app.

Well designed app but horrible support. App is very often bugging so just consider that from time to time, you won't be able to log in at all or a certain key functionality of it is not working at all for that specific day. Often the browser version of the banking portal is having the same issues :(
