Full storage access - Uploading PDF files is fundamental to the My Portal app; My Portal is an insurance management app that allows our insurance customers to login and manage their insurance policies through the app. Upon purchasing an insurance policy all customers must submit documentation through our validation centre in order to validate their policy, for example, a PDF copy of their Proof of No Claims Bonus. Without the ability to upload PDF documentation the app will effectively serve no purpose as customers won't be able to validate their policies and their policies will be cancelled.

This app is absolutely ridiculous. You can't upload your documents nor scan driving licence. I have a brand new phone with all the updates. I even tried uninstall and reinstall but still does not work. Regardless of me previously being insured through them they still requesting documentation even though they should have this already on file. The app is a joke. I want to email my documents but still waiting for them to provide an alternative option. I can't be doing this every year. Time Wasting

the app just won't work, keeps saying oops something went wrong. quite annoying when you need to change your vehicle insurance

Very poor experience The company made a mistake with my reg and insured somebody else's vehicle for around 5 months so I was driving uninsured, then wouldn't let me cancel my renewal and for the 2 days I was insured wants £56 from me that I refuse to pay have now taken it from a card I used to make a single payment on I did not give permission to keep on there records (fraud) and is refusing to refund. No mention of compensation for the 5 months illegal driving I paid for either
