Here we go again. They updated the app AND now IT DOESNT WORK! I can't log in. I changed the password and nothing! It doesn't recognize me. When system updates, they don't give any heads up and should be rebooted to function correctly. But now the biggest issue is leads are few and far between. They started selling zip codes again and give those agents the better leads. Very disappointed.

Update: Indeed this user was correct—we had not fixed the issue completely. With v2.8.0, we have fixed the bug. If you are still encountering this issue, please contact our Customer Care team at 1-844-299-7646, Monday to Friday, 6am to 5pm PST, or Saturday, 7am to 3pm.

Missing leads because the app takes forever to load. I have tried everything. It used to be pretty efficient last year. I heve uninstalled and reinstalled several times, refreshed, cleaned cache, force stopped and tried everything. It doesn't matter which wifi you are using or mobile data. You can look right into your phone and try to claim the lead as it comes and you will loose it. If you loose too many leads or expire, they will not sending you good leads as often. This is getting ridiculous

The app has a major flaw and cannot register referrals Won through text. (Removed detail on this issue as they did resolve that and wanted to make room to give a separate update.) While the app is navigatable, there seems to be a new issue, for the past few weeks, whenever I try to respond to referrals via the app, the whole thing starts lagging while typing, eventually freezing up, and then crashing.... I've began just writing my messages up outside of the app and then copying & pasting in...
